We stayed here for our Granddaughters graduation. This was our first time to use our Passport America. The place was very clean, easy to find, very friendly staff. The club house was unbelievable!!! We stayed two nights and saved enough to pay for our year cost for our Passport. Owner visited with us over breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone. Was quiet and peaceful. Come and enjoy your visit.

Wow!! What a nice, quiet RV park to stay in. Very well laid out and lots of pull through sites. Located close to Texas A&M or between Houston and Waco if you need a nice stop. They have reliable high-speed internet. They have 3 nights for Passport and the only time it is not available is on Aggie football weekends. You can actually pay for your annual Passport fee just by staying here one time!!! Highly Recommend this Park.
