The Hitchin Post Corral and Campground

The Hitchin Post Corral and Campground, Cottondale, FL -- This is the best small campground we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Before you can get stopped, they’re out to greet you. Vonda takes you to your site and puts out a mat at your steps. We were here last year the same week and the grass was nice and green. They had temps in the 20’s last week and their flowers and grass paid the price. If you’re traveling I-10 this should be your overnight stop or do as we’re doing take some time off and spend a couple or more nights here.

William Hunt

Cal-Nev-Ari RV Park

Cal-Nev-Ari RV Park, Cal Nev Ari, NV -- This is a really nice, quiet campground, plenty of space between RVs. We stayed here two nights and used the park to go to Laughlin. Very close to Casinos.

Harold Jones

Angels in Goliad RV Park

Angels in Goliad RV Park, Goliad, TX -- Exceptional Campground. Staff was very professional and friendly. Nice and quiet. Stayed there for a month and Passport discount was valid the entire time. WIFI and Cable reception was very good and the sites long enough to unhook and be able to park either behind or in front of my rig. I stayed in a 32ft travel trailer. Easy access to both the park entrance and pull thru site. I rate this campground as a 5 stars.

Tj Hunter

Crossroads Travel Park

Crossroads Travel Park, Perry, GA -- We stopped here for an overnight on our way home. Nothing fancy, but we’ll kept grounds and nice hosts. Our pull Thur site was just long enough for our 32ft. Plus toad, longer rigs had to disconnect, or hang into road a bit. It was very level. The sewer is on the back of the site, so you might need an extension hose if your dump is mid-rig. We made it without an extension. The bath house was clean, but old, and the showers were small - I was glad I have a shower in the RV. The laundry was adaquate and reasonably priced. There are long-term renters, but their lots were not cluttered with a bunch of junk. For the PA price, it was a good deal and we would stay here again.

Ann Smith

Hat Creek RV Park

Hat Creek RV Park, Big Spring, TX -- Nice little up and coming RV park. Currently trending to extended stay RV's and travel trailers, but over nights are also welcomed. Currently constructing showers and a store. Looks like it could be an outstanding place once it is finished. Easy on and easy off the Interstate. Very pleasant and accommodating park manager. Currently no wireless WiFi but that is also in the planning. We will probably check back in with them in the future.

Thomas Myers

Twin Oaks RV Park

Twin Oaks RV Park, Perry/ Elko, GA -- This is a great place to visit for a few days or as a stop while passing thru the area. The discount is good for 2 nights. The folks are great and the sites are good too!

Ray Batiato

Wagon Train RV Park

Wagon Train RV Park , Canton, TX -- We stay here every time on our way thru the Dallas area. The park is always clean and has level sites. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Easy off and on interstate 20. Quiet, far enough from the interstate that you do not have road noise.

Mickey Mcdonald

The Scenic Road RV Park

The Scenic Road RV Park, Quartzsite, AZ -- The management is very nice and helpful. The park is well laid out with plenty of room to maneuver large rigs (from observation of others as they came and went - we only have a 30 foot travel trailer towed by a pickup. The park is well situated for access to all that Quartzite has to offer - and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much of interest is here. My one complaint is that driveways are all loose gravel - OK for truck and trailer tires, but difficult for bicycle size tires. I ride a trike and in the future I'll check for pavement before signing into an RV park. I recommend this park for non bike/trike travelers and vacationers.

The Trails at Lavender Road RV Park

The Trails at Lavender Road RV Park , Tyler, TX -- Very nice and convenient location, right beside I-20. Get out and get in quickly, no time waste for travellers. Trees and topography make it rather quiet, we slept very well and did not hear traffic noise. It is a recent campground still in development, restrooms and showers are extra clean. Host very kind, always ready to help and assist you. We highly recommend Trail at Lavender RV Park. We camp there for one night, in November 2017.

Normand Forest

River Ranch RV Resort, New Braunfels, TX -- We had a very nice stay at the River Ranch RV Park in New Braunfels, Texas. Very clean and friendly Passport America Park. North Clifton RV Park

North Clifton RV Park, Clifton, AZ -- Beautiful rv campground on the banks of the San Francisco River. All around are cliffs and mountain scenery. Pea Patch RV Park

Pea Patch RV Park, Branson, MO -- Sept 2017 New Owners! This RV Park is STILL Branson's best kept secret, perhaps too secret? There is excellent value here, right in the center of Branson, one street off the strip, with good level drive-thru or back in sites, picnic tables available, all sites FHU. Good clean restrooms and laundry and friendly helpful owners, discount show tickets available, walk to many restaurants and shows - what more would you need?

Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground

Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground, Camp Connell, CA -- This is a great campground if you want to be near lakes and golf courses. It's beautiful set right off the HWY and easy to get to. The owners are very friendly and keep the campgrounds very clean. We have stayed here 3 times and plan on going back after snow season for sure!

Kathleen Fritz

Big Spruce RV Park

Big Spruce RV Park, Tillamook, OR -- We've been coming to Big spruce for about 10 years now. Although it's campsites are a bit smaller, facilities are "seasoned", the staff, their attitude and desire to please the customers is 5 star service. If you need a nut or a bolt, information, crab boil you name it,....they're on top of it. The facilities are always serviced and cleaned daily. Zac and Shorty will make your stay a memorable visit. Come back a time or two and you will be adopted and invited to almost nightly pot lucks, appetizer treats, pig roasts, and of course a cocktail or two.

James Olsen

Sunnyside RV Park

Sunnyside RV Park, Sunnyside, WA -- The friendly owners and immaculately clean washrooms and laundry facilities make this RV park a place we will definitely return to. Very impressed!

Dawn Bilow

Cypress Landing RV Park

Cypress Landing RV Park, Dozier, AL -- The MOST compassionate caring campground ever! We are from Fort Myers FL and had to evacuate from Fort Myers, FL due to Hurricane Irma. We were lucky to get a spot in this awesome campground! They even grilled the campers hamburger and hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad and desserts, ALL FOR FREE! They are great and SO appreciated! Thank you beyond words!

Greg Foos

A-Okay RV Park

A-Okay RV Park , Dothan, AL -- Very nice spot to spend a few days while visiting Dothan AL. The owners of the park are hands on and it appears they work 24/7. We booked a spot on the blind while running away from our home in Central Florida during the advent of Hurricane Irma on Sept 6th 2017. These guys did a super job in accommodating as many RVs at they could during this very trying period. In spite of the park being jammed full, everything in the park worked perfectly. The park is situated on a working 100 acre farm which is owned and operated by the park owners/ managers. They have a nice walking trail which covers about half the 100 acres through the woods. There are ducks and chickens to feed as well a cattle to view. All in all it was a pleasant experience considering the drama currently going on in the State of Florida. Sites are fairly level and the owner even came over to assist in putting a couple of two by sixes under the tires to make it perfectly level. Great people, nice campground.

Richard Charron

Vagabond Resort and Campground

Vagabond Resort and Campground, Rapid River, MI -- Three of us stayed while caravaning through the U.S. Campground is clean, the amenities are as advertised and the people who ran the park and worked there were polite, friendly and very accommodating in every way. Would absolutely stay there again.

Tim Edick

Bobcat Creek RV Park

Bobcat Creek RV Park , Sayre, OK -- We enjoyed our stay at Bobcat Creek and we would stay there again. The family that owns and operates this campground takes pride in keeping it clean and well maintained. We especially liked that they had an underground tornado shelter on the premises. It's unique location, in sort of a hollow, means that even though it's less than a mile from the highway, you never hear any road noise. We had decent WiFi and Verizon mobile service. Our spot was fairly level. Plenty of grass for our dog to walk on. Shopping in town was just a few minutes up the road.

Michael Elliott

Paradise Lake RV Park

Gulf Coast RV Resort, Beaumont, TX -- Very lovely park. Friendly staff, very clean restroom with showers. Continental Breakfast, was a very nice layout. Not much shade and occasional train whistle though early evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Michael Canning

Shadrack Campground

Shadrack Campground, Bristol, TN -- Have stayed 3 times for a total of 9 nights. Very friendly with nice tree shaded sites on one side and more open pull through's on the other. Very basic campground; clean bath and showers and a nice, large and clean laundry room. Camp store has basic items. Great for visiting the area or as an overnight stop. Entrance and exit are exciting the first time but after 3 in and outs I have it down. very close to the Race track and of course I understand it is crazy and packed on race weekends. Otherwise on our stays it was 1/2 full with plenty of space to walk and relax near the creek.

Jeff Mckinney

Free Spirit Campground

Free Spirit Campground, Bedford, IN -- Work a lot of hours and just wanted a one day and night place to take my wife and Grandson. First off don't use your GPS. Ha this will add miles to your adventure look at a map! The campground is older but clean kept nice the swimming pool is nice, you do have to share it with a frog who enjoys it also. The staff and full time residents are what make this park, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Will I go again? Yes, it is close to home and my 4 year old Grandson loved it. Go camping!

D Lutz

Cornerstone Retreat Center and Campground

Cornerstone Retreat Center and Campground, New Castle, IN -- Arrived August 4, 2017 and was warmly welcomed by some the nicest young people! Campsite more than passable and shower house was clean, spacious and well done. Try for a site a little off the highway so other campers can break the noise.

Jim Hon

Dad's Bluegrass Campground

Dad's Bluegrass Campground, Franklin, KY -- On a recent trip from Alabama to Indiana found that Dad's Bluegrass Campground was just about the half way point. I booked for one night on the way to Indiana and one night on the journey back. Found this facility to be very accommodating and well worth the price 18.50 with PA membership. Saved 36.00. Very happy with PA and Dad's CG. My membership has just about paid for it self. Thanx. A Happy Camper I am.

Douglas Swigart

Round Valley RV Park

Round Valley RV Park, Challis, ID -- This park is under new management (previous name Challis RV Park). This is their second year of ownership. We had planned to stay here for 3 nights, but liked it so well we extended for 2 more nights. The park is unusually spacious, clean, very well-maintained, several pull-through lots. The lots are gravel but we found ours to be very level, and others appear to be quite level as well. There is grass between lots which the owners keep nicely mowed, and many young trees that will eventually provide nice shade. Toilets, showers, and laundry facilities are spotless. New owners, Jim and Roberta, are extremely pleasant and helpful. There are two grocery stores well within a short walking distance from the park. Also a casual but nice restaurant, Village Inn, nearby, good food, friendly staff. There is also a Farmer's Market on Saturdays, but we missed out on that. We enjoyed watching several young deer that walk through the park in the late afternoons. We also saw several deer meandering through residential neighborhoods in Challis, enjoying apples that had fallen from the trees. Challis area has a couple of scenic roads to drive, for a day-outing. We enjoyed driving to Stanley, ID, a touristy town. There are rafting trips on the lovely Salmon River, which we did not participate in this trip, but certainly might next time we are here. Lots of opportunities to fish the Salmon River, and the locals know good swimming areas. We might have stayed longer, but unfortunately there is a forest fire several miles west of Challis that is creating smoke in the atmosphere, and those of us with allergies are finding it increasingly uncomfortable. We will definitely stay here again. We camped in a 32 ft fifth wheel.

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- We called on the phone to get a space and they took our name and the site was reserved when we arrived. Extremely nice at front desk (free ice cream), escorted us to site in golf cart (very nice man), site was great! Electric and water for PA rate. Restrooms- best I've ever seen! Beautiful sunsets, nice little trail. I'd highly recommend this campground!

Nick Valentine

Timberland Lake Campground

Timberland Lake Campground, Jackson, NJ -- Stopped to spend 4 nights at this campground originally due to its proximity to New York City via train. We stayed in spite of the negative reviews and were prepared for the worse. What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Valid complaints were stated about the roads into and in the campground being bumpy and narrow. This was accurate and much work could be done to improve these conditions. None of the conditions are severe enough to damage the trailer or tow vehicle however and once you are in and set up it is a very nice place to camp. As I said to the clerk in the office we are set up, the site is level, the water, electric and sewer all work and we get great satellite reception. In addition the office personnel are super nice and very accommodating. What more could you expect and the Passport rate was honored in the busy season which is something many of the Passport Parks do not do. To top things off in addition to providing me with a great rate they gave me an additional $20.00 first time customer discount which was not anticipated. I would highly recommend this as a great place to camp if your plans take you to NY City or to Six Flags which is about 4 miles from the CG. Enjoy. The train station to NY Penn Station is about 21 miles from the CG.

Richard Charron

Dogwood Acres Campground

Dogwood Acres Campground, Carlisle / Newville, PA -- One of the best run campgrounds I have ever camped in. This is coming from someone with over 45 years in the RV business. Truly a piece of Paradise away from all the big city clutter. The roads to the campground are a bit tricky but not difficult in any way. Just pay attention to your GPS. We used our Passport America membership and saved a little even though we used it during a time of year when they are generally not accepted. Our site was level, "clean" and even though it was a back-in site it was very easy to get in and out of. It was simply an overnight stop for us but I can envision staying there at some future date for a week or so and enjoying the farmland surrounding this gorgeous campground. The owners are onsite and it is very apparent.

Richard Charron

Twin Oaks RV Park

Twin Oaks RV Park, Perry/ Elko, GA -- This is a fantastic RV park, a definite gem. We stay here as often and as long as possible and always have a great time. Lisa & Mike, (the resident managers) are just wonderful and so much fun. John and Sue (the owners) are also super. Sites are large, great shade, super saltwater pool, hot tub, and excellent clean shower houses. Happy hour at 5 for anyone who would like to visit with fellow RVers and relax. And at Passport America prices, this is a real steal. You need to stay here, you will not regret it.

Joseph Hohenthaner

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- We stayed 3 nights at Southern Hills RV park in July 2017. The campground is well maintained and the facilities are very clean. The only downside was a lack of wifi. However, we are planning a return trip, longer stay and will definitely tell others about this hidden gem.

Wendy Otto

Desert Rose RV Park

River Haven Campground, Tabusintac, NB -- Great place, very clean all the time. Owner very helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Jacques Barbeau

Glen Ivy RV Park

Glen Ivy RV Park, Corona, CA -- Nice park and very clean. The sites are mainly dirt so can be messy. The trip into Los Angeles is long and large amounts of bumper to bumper traffic for miles. The park supervisor was very helpful and very nice to us. I would recommend this park if you are planning to not go into LA. That commute can be more than a person can handle.

Dawn Herrington

Aurora RV Park & Marina

Aurora RV Park & Marina , Nice, CA -- THIS IS A MUST SEE! We are on a pull-through site which accomodates our 40' motorhome and our car and tow dolly. Staff could not be nicer or more friendly. The views from the windows of our RV are of the lake and the mountains surrounding it. Restrooms clean and the campground is quiet and very clean. Special rates are given for week stays. Don't miss this outstanding park!

Dawn Herrington

Darrell Fletcher

Downtown Riverside RV Park

Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, AR -- We stayed here from Sunday evening thru Tuesday evening (06/25/17-06/27/17). Were actually planning on just 2 overnight stays but liked our spot so much that we opted for an additional night. There was plenty of interesting sites to see as we had never been here before. We enjoyed our tour of the Clinton Presidential Library (I MISS BILL), and having dinner on 2 occasions at restaurants in the River Market area. We walked across both pedestrian bridges on more than one occasion and enjoyed the lighted bridges in the evening. Other campers at this site were pleasant travelers to be with. We had hoped to tour the USS Razorback submarine but it was closed on the days that we could have gone. All of these things were within walking distance of the Riverside RV park. Park attendant (Sheila ?) was nice and helpful. Park had additional men's and women's restrooms with showers if we wanted. We had a spot on the river side of the park. They all had good views of the river and bridges. Park was secure with passcode pedestrian gates and had 24 hr. security attendant. Never experienced an issue or threat. Park had a good area to unhook and hook up our tow vehicle. Lots of Class A RVs stayed here. We felt small with our Class C 31 ft. Coachmen. Also several pull behind RVs, all nice and big pretty ones. The RV camp was about 20 minutes away from Little Rock AFB where we made a commissary run on one day. We would stay here again. Although the Arkansas humidity was 97% while there, the breeze off of the Arkansas River kept us comfortable while sitting outside our RV watching the boats on the river that were in a fishing tournament (about 50 fishing boats). All would gather at the launch just outside the RV park and head out about 5pm, then come back in at dusk. A pretty site with their red, green, and blue marker lights on the boats. Also say several tug and barge traffic going up the river. Hook ups were good at each site, you do have to have a 30 amp to 50 amp adapter as all electrical hook ups were 50 amp. All the site pads were concrete and level and large. Plenty of room for the 31 ft. RV and our tow vehicle on the pad.

Barbara Driver

Pechanga RV Resort

Pechanga RV Resort, Temecula, CA -- I can't say enough about the quality and value of staying at Pechanga RV Resort, especially with the benefit of Passport America. This is a first class resort, and the sites are exceptional in their condition, cleanlinesss and convenience. Also, the staff is always courteous and can't do enough to help you, should you need it. Looking forward to many more stays under the benefit of Passport America at Pechanga RV Resort.

Richard Vara

Hillcrest RV Park

Hillcrest RV Park, New Waverly, TX -- Hillcrest is an ideal place to escape from the city. It is small, very friendly, and clean. The park managers are polite, considerate, and always ready to take care of their campers. They are the best that Texas has to offer, and that is saying a lot! I am looking forward to my next chance to visit Hillcrest and especially to visit the host and friendly campers.

Larry Bogue

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- We stayed here in a motorhome in late June 2017 for four days. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We found the park to be a convenient location to the sites we wanted to visit. The park is clean and well maintained. The pull-thru sites are long and level. It looked like fresh gravel throughout the campground. Although we did not make use of them, the restrooms and laundry were clean. I can highly recommend this park.

Bill Ruester

Mountain View

Mountain View, Bowie, AZ -- Stayed here en route to our home base in SE New Mexico. It is a perfect place to pull off and sleep for the night. It is easy off and on I-10. Pick your spot, pull thru and completely hook up. $15 per night is the right price for us. Nice little store with plenty of local goodies. Pleasant store clerk. We will stop there again.

Hubert Perry

Lake Aire RV Park

Lake Aire RV Park, Hollywood / Charleston, SC -- Stayed here, in June 2017. Very nice park - if we come back this way, we will consider staying again. Very quiet, but be aware there is a train near-by. The cost was 28 dollars a night for full hook ups (30 amp).

Laguna Vista RV Park, Inc., Marshall, TX -- I recently visited this rv park because my husband has his camper there and works in texas. The owners are very nice people. The park is a nice peaceful place and has a pond shaded by beautiful oak trees. There is a nice laundry facility and has a nice shower facility. There is also an area for children to play and a nice place to walk your pets. I would definitely recommend this park as an excellent place for people to stop and stay awhile.
