By The River RV Park & Campground

By The River RV Park & Campground, Kerrville, TX -- While on our "Blue Bonnet Trip" to the area, we found this RV Park. The owners/managers were extremely friendly and helpful during check in. Having to go through a security gate made me feel more secure. The park was very nicely laid out and we were close to the walking trails and open areas for my little dogs to do their duties. The people in the park were very friendly. The parking pull thru were easy and the hook ups were quick. Loved the overall peacefulness of the park and the convenience of the restaurant on the property. Planning another trip in June and will definitely be booking a few nights here.

Georgia-Bama RV Park

Georgia-Bama RV Park, Heflin, AL -- This is one of the friendliest camp grounds. The owner is very very friendly and a gentleman, name is David, The Damn Yankee. There is a very nice restaurant with all kinds of great food. I wanted to stay there longer just to taste all the recipes. He gives a military discount at the camp site and a discount in the restaurant. If you have a chance definitely stop over there. Full hook up and drive through sites. All the staffs are very friendly and very helpful.

Laughing Alpaca Campground & RV Park

Laughing Alpaca Campground & RV Park, Cave Junction, OR -- So relaxing! We stopped for the nite using PA and stayed a week because we loved it so much. Beautiful landscape, river access & views; Clean, affordable laundry; We will absolutely be back! Our 3 1/2 year old loved it here. Jeff & Renee are great - very easy to talk to & super informative about the area. Willie the camp dog is really child friendly & super gentle! We strung up our hammock, grilled on the campfire, indulged in s'mores galore & made some really nice new friends at the Alpaca! Thanks for an amazing vacation... All the way from NC. A+

Pea Patch RV Park

Pea Patch RV Park, Branson, MO -- Good location, FHU with level pads. Newer owners that have some good plans for the site they just need the time to get them done. In the mean time its a good site to use. In the heart of Branson, MO and only one small road from the main street. Owners on site and very helpful Laundry was a bit dated but clean and everything worked. The bathrooms again are just a bit dated however, they work and are clean. There are plans in place to upgrade this summer making the bathrooms and laundry look newer. I will be using them whenever I am in Branson which is annually I mean they actually created a spot for my rig as it is a 40 footer. They have pull through and a few back-in sites.

Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel

Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel, Bernardo, NM -- A group of friends (3 rigs) stayed 4 nights. Great campground. Very clean. The owner Bob and his family were super friendly. Could not have asked for better. Glad we chose Kiva.

Good Life RV Resort

Good Life RV Resort, Mesa, AZ -- This is a huge Park, over 1100 sites. Mostly permanent homes, and maybe 20-40 for overnight or weekly stays. This is one of the Cal-Am resort properties in the Mesa area. They have a lot of activities and the location to close to shopping and sightseeing. Upon arriving we were given a fist full of paperwork of rules, maps, activities, and a booklet of the area. The is staff friendly and helpful. With passport America discount it’s very affordable for our 3 night stay. It is very quiet, no highway noise. The WiFi is not reliable, we kept getting kicked off, Verizon is 5bars. The site is gravel, with a nice concrete patio. We had a Corner site which gave us a lot of room. We were visiting family, we would stay again if in the area.

Turquoise Valley Golf, Restaurant & RV

Turquoise Valley Golf, Restaurant & RV, Naco / Bisbee, AZ -- Really nice park in little berg of Naco, across road from golf course. If you’re looking for a peaceful, friendly park, this is it. Springerville RV Park

Springerville RV Park, Springerville, AZ -- This is a brand new park, it is well laid out for big rigs. Great WiFi, Verizon 5bars, gravel, picnic table, a few young trees. faces Interstate 60, quiet. Beautiful view of the white mountains, we were only staying over night, maybe next time we will stay longer, as there is a lot to do in the area. Hunting, fishing, hiking. At the Arizona visitors center there is also guided tours.

Aok Camper Park

Aok Camper Park, Amarillo, TX -- It was difficult to find, as the signage was small and bent, probably from the last storms that went through. There was a nice turn around just past it, I am sure that was added because people needed it. The park is Behind a TitleMax. Next to the highway, the traffic was not a problem for us. The price $14.00, great WiFi and Verizon 4bars. Never meet the owner or manager. Talk with Tommy, the owner, very accommodating and friendly. Told me to take an envelope which had the WiFi code printed on it. The sites are wide enough for our 40ft Newmar with a tow. A few young trees, gravel level sites, no frills. Next to farm land. It rain all night, didn’t have any trouble driving out the next morning, although there were standing water everywhere.

Paula Brown

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park, Tucumcari, NM -- Right on Historic Route 66! Quiet, friendly park. It’s owned by 3 brothers that are repairing and updating since purchasing a year ago. We have stay here before under the other management because it was convenient for one night. The WiFi is a bit spotty we get 4bars on Verizon. There are nice trees, grassy/green areas. Although we didn’t use the laundry and bathrooms, I did check them out. Clean and a full size washer/dryer which you pay them $3.00 to use. Sites are gravel level, wide enough for big rigs with a tow. One thing that is unique; they offer Horse Hotel with a corral big enough for at least 2 horses, while you stay! We would stay again if we were passing thru.

Paula Brown

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park, Tucumcari, NM -- We were on the way from Ft Campbell in Kentucky to Lake Havasu City in Arizona and stopped here for the night. This was a nice clean park with good sized sites and roads for an easy in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Clyde Hamill

Tonto Creek Trail 55 Plus RV Park

Tonto Creek Trail 55 Plus RV Park, Tonto Basin, AZ -- This park is very quiet, and the camp host is very accommodating and friendly. The owner gave me the Passport America discount for 2 nights even though it was the week end. No WiFi, Verizon 5bars. Reliable 50amp service. Concrete pads, gravel level sites. All back-ins. Lots of permanent residents, and always room for overnighters. Scenery beautiful and lots to do, fishing hiking, sightseeing. Putting green, and a library full of books to exchange.

Paula Brown

Mesa Verde RV Park

Mesa Verde RV Park, Wolfforth / Lubbock, TX -- We were in the Lubbock area For Easter, and wanted to stay another night and found this wonderful place. Fortunately the PA discount is for Sunday thru Thursday. The office is closed Sunday and Darla told me she would put a map and all the codes in a mailbox with our site number on it. We could pay when they open at 9am Monday. The sites are wide level easy in and out, we are 40ft and towing a Jeep. Great WiFi, Verizon 5bars, got about 29 air channels. Nice trees, grassy areas, some picnic tables. They are next to the highway, didn’t bother us with any noise while sleeping. This park is well maintained and staff helpful and friendly. We would stay here again if in the area.

MS G's RV Park, LLC

MS G's RV Park, LLC, Loraine, TX -- This is a great spot. Brad is working on improvements, adding several more pull-thrus for big rigs. We have a 40ft with a tow vehicle and 4 slides. Lots of mature trees, and green spaces. Even have a porch swing to watch the sunset. They had some damage with storms this spring, they are playing catch up. Great WiFi service, Verizon 2bars. Quiet place, off Interstate 20, worth a overnight stay. Can’t beat $20.00 for full hookups.

Paula Brown

Heart Of Texas RV Park

Heart Of Texas RV Park, Brady, TX -- We were looking for a one night stay, this park is small, has mature trees and grassy areas. Stanley was very helpful and friendly. Has great WiFi and Verizon 5bars. Nothing special, no amenities, for $15.00 it’s prefect for us. It is quiet.

Paula Brown

Triple Creek RV Music Park

Triple Creek RV Music Park, Woodville, TX -- My wife and I just spent three nights there, and while the grounds of the campground are OK, it's the people that make this place special. The owners, Karen and husband, Mark, always seemed to be available to make our stay pleasant, answer questions, and invite us to some informal gatherings at jam sessions. Being a professional musician, connecting with other musicians was a draw for me, and the jam sessions did just that, with lots of talent present (Karen plays a MEAN washtub bass). We came after the weekend, so the number of musicians was limited to those residing at the camp and a couple of we transients. If you're a musician, this place is a must stop destination, if you don't play, but like to listen, ditto! A number of people keep their RVs at the park, and come several times a month- such is the draw of the music and the people there. It's a very unique place that you should check out.

Bryan Stone

Austin Lone Star RV Resort

Austin Lone Star RV Resort, Austin, TX -- Getting into this park was challenging with all the construction and one-way frontage roads. This park is corporate owned, with a coded gate. Some full timers, sites are narrow, with mature trees, and grassy areas. We took a back in spot for the days we were here. So glad my husband is a darn good driver. Next time we will ask for a pull-thru. They have a 24/7maintenance call number, which is great if you have a water, power, and sewer problem. No cable, we got about 29 air channels. Verizon 5bars. The WiFi is unsecured and works for normal email, and searching the web.

Paula Brown

Just Loafin RV Park

Just Loafin RV Park, Samson, AL -- Just loafing camp ground we stayed there for 4 months a great and peaceful place and the rate of 350.00 a month saved us a lot of money $$$$.

Norman Garrison sr

Coffee Landing RV Resort

Coffee Landing RV Resort, Frankston, TX -- Excellent 3 day stay at this new campground. All sites are pull thru concrete and FHU with cable. Mgr is in office at the motel next door and could not have been more helpful. Two big rig sites and 26 smaller ones. Direct access to the lake with adjoining boat launch site. Great place for a camping-boating weekend! Self contained units only as there's no bathhouse but what a bargain. Call for reservations before word gets out! It'll get busy! We will stop back when in the area!

Safari Mobile Home Community RB00037150

Safari Mobile Home Community RB00037150, League City, TX -- We wanted to see the Space Center in Houston, this park is 8 miles away. There is construction on Interstate 45 and it was a bit challenging to get to the park. There are mostly full timers In This park, with about 15 sites for overnighter or weekly campers. The site are level with a lovely covered cabana at each site with a picnic table. They have mature trees and grass at each site. Wendy the manager was off Sunday, the day we arrived. She filled a registration with our site number in an envelope. We paid Monday when she opened. The WiFi is available for additional $4.00, we opted not to get. Our cellular service is Verizon and had 4bars. We had a pull-thru towing a car, plenty long and wide enough with 4 slides.

Paula Brown

Endless Caverns

Endless Caverns, New Market, VA -- We will definitely return to this beautiful campground. We were pleased to find large, long level sites. Each picturesque site is very private and roomy. The staff are very informative and welcoming.

Ronnie Bilow

El Ranchito and Resaca Bend MH & RV Park

El Ranchito and Resaca Bend MH & RV Park, San Benito, TX -- I just spent 5 nights at Resaca Bend RV Park. I was the only over-nighter. The rest were full timers. I loved my stay at this little park. Very comfortable and very friendly people. Only one shower per sex but that wasn't a problem while I was here. The whole park is neat and clean and the location is central to everything in the east Rio Grande Valley. Quiet except for all the birds..but I loved that. Felt like home. Full hookups but the posts are about 20' behind the sites. Might need extensions for power and water. Great place to stop if you're passing through the area.

Pam Flynn

Road-Runner RV Park

Road-Runner RV Park , Fort Stockton, TX -- We stopped for 2 nights so we could see Historic Fort Stockton, which is very interesting and worth visiting. This park has great WiFi, reliable 50amp service, and level dirt sites. No grass, or trees, lots of weeds. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It seems to have been a mobile home park at one time. For $20.00 it was worth the stop.

P Brown

Meadowbrook RV Park

Meadowbrook RV Park, Perris, CA -- I have stayed here for one week every month so far this year 2019 The access is easy pull through, the space is neat and clean, hook ups 30 amp service only, Pleasant people here. RESERVATION ONLY MUST BOOK AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AHEAD. Tuesday mornings social coffee and is great. Two small bathhouses one of them (up top away from short term spaces) is really nicely tiled the other a street over from short term parking is in need of an updating but clean and plenty of hot water. The advertised rate is honored and might be raised sooner than later which would make it out of my budget which is a shame as I really like staying here for my week out of the TT system. I must find a new home if they do raise the rates.

Jim Marchitto

Wild Goose Lodge Motel & RV

Wild Goose Lodge Motel & RV, Merrill, OR -- Basically this is set up at the back of a motel. There are only 4 spaces, so you should make sure to call ahead. It's pretty low key. That being said, the folks are friendly here. It's real small town America. There is a fish cleaning station. Wifi was very difficult to access, but for the price, I had a pleasant night here.

Michael Miller

Sky Ute Casino Resort

Sky Ute Casino Resort, Ignacio, CO -- We stayed at this campground last summer for a month. Very good campground. With all the amenities in excellent condition. We will be staying again this summer.

Jim Sanders

Sabal Palm RV Resort And Campground

Sabal Palm RV Resort And Campground, Palmdale, FL -- We are currently staying at Sabal Palm for the winter months. We were going to travel next winter being as we are snowbirds. However after our first visit here, we are going to come right back here. And who wouldn’t with the serenity, the trees, horses, goats, mule. Free train rides around the park each day. Heated pool. 9 hole golf course, free internet. I could just go on and on. Bingo, crafts, BBQs dances..... it just goes on. Never have to go out unless you want to. There is plenty to keep you busy. Did I mention yoga and water aerobics? The park is well maintained and the owners are amazing.

Shirl Mcmurray

New Frontier RV Park

New Frontier RV Park, Winnemucca, NV -- Wow. This place is one of the best that PA offers. My total bill with tax was $11.20. It's the cheapest I've ever paid. And the park is gorgeous. Very nicely laid out sites. Young but growing shade trees. Level gravel sites. Very generous cable package. Nice office/clubhouse. Great location near freeway but away from freeway noise. Wifi is a bit slow but that's about the only negative I can think of. You've got to check out this place!

Quiet Texas RV Park

Quiet Texas RV Park, Hondo, TX -- Beautiful park BUT no shower or restrooms. All the other facilities are first rate,

Kevin Smith

Benson I-10 RV Park

Benson I-10 RV Park, Benson, AZ -- When we checked out this morning, I promised to write and let PA know what a pleasure it was to have stayed here. The park is close to freeway, and there is a Denny's across the street, and other restaurants a few blocks away. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. We have a 36 foot RV, a small SUV and a pick-up truck pulling a SeaDoo trailer. They found us a site that easily accommodated all our vehicles, and even escorted and helped to direct us into the space. The entire park is well kept, very clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms/showers are exceedingly clean and roomy. The laundry room was spotless, and had four washers and dryers, so we could do everything at the same time. Yes, a train went by, but horn didn't bother anyone. We were very happy we chose to stay here.

Clifford Cutrell

Sunset RV Park and Cabins

Sunset RV Park and Cabins, Woodville, TX -- A simple small campground with a great camp host. Full hookups $15. Good water pressure/electric . Grass, right off main road, easy in/out. Beautiful pond with horses in back. Road noise a 5 out of 10. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

Catherine Horrocks

Walnut Meadow RV Park

Walnut Meadow RV Park, Berea, KY -- Nice, pleasant campground. Very friendly & concerned owners. Bathrooms could have been a tad cleaner, but overall very nice stay overnight.

Hanna Doniger

Soliel du'Coeur Park

Soliel du'Coeur Park, Bandera, TX -- We have come here for winters the last three years. Wish we had known about this park before then because stayed in city of bandera park that was not half as nice. Beautiful views and very quiet. Love to feed the deer each night. Debi the owner is the most helpful and accommodating host than any other PA park we have been in. It’s a great place to sit around a campfire and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very highly recommend this park.

Sharon Dowdy

Angel Fire RV Resort

Angel Fire RV Resort, Angel Fire, NM -- Very lovely new resort. Level concrete slabs. Nicely laid out utilities. Wifi is 10mps. Cable is hi res. Unfortunately at the time of this writing I could not get a Verizon signal (not even roaming) but that's not their fault. I was able to make calls through the high speed wifi. Location is really beautiful. Nice clubhouses. I did indeed try the hot tub on a cold winter day and it was just the right temp with a nearby indoor heated shower area that made the short walk from the tub bearable. With PA the price is definitely right. You are getting a lot of service for this price.

Michael Miller

Gator Grounds RV Resort

Gator Grounds RV Resort, Bunkie, LA -- We were at the campground on Feb. 25 & 26 2019. The grounds and campsite were clean and beautiful! Staff was wonderful ! Highly recommend this park to anyone coming to this area. We will stop here again if in the area!!!

Steven & lynette Van wagnen

Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel

Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel, Bernardo, NM -- I had an enjoyable stay here. Level lots. Decent hookups. Rustic, but very well-maintained. They even cleaned up all of the tumbleweeds twice daily while I was there. Super friendly staff. Wifi is slow, but works for general surfing and possibly even low res streaming. They do have upgraded wifi you can pay for. Price is right for what you get. Two last notes: If you are looking for a park near restaurants and shopping, this is not your choice. It's remote. Right off the freeway (noise wasn't too bad in my opinion) but otherwise remote. Finally this is a pro-gun place. If guns bother you, you might look elsewhere.

Michael Miller

Angel Fire RV Resort

Angel Fire RV Resort, Angel Fire, NM -- We finally got the chance to use our Passport America membership and it paid off with Angel Fire RV Resort. This park is close to the slopes, has a friendly, attentive staff, and was laid out well with plenty of room around our camper. We didn't use it (being well into the negatives and all), but we were located close to the small clubhouse that included laundry facilities and a hot tub. They even offered a catered on-site event for New Years and shuttle service to the slopes for the fireworks, although the shuttles didn't show in time (it wasn't the park's fault). We still enjoyed watching the show from afar on the back porch of the lodge around a fire. This was our first attempt at true winter camping and Angel Fire RV Resort made it fairly easy with daily plows and pull-through access. We didn't get to see the landscaping and whatnot due to everything being covered in snow, but it was beautiful nonetheless. We were able to stay Dec 31st through Jan 5th, and the last four days were accepted under the PA membership (we used a different club for a small first day discount). Half off this amazing RV resort made the trip so much more affordable and we'll be making this a regular thing, maybe even a family tradition. I just noticed our Spring Break is within the accepted period as well, so we'll try to make a second trip this year! Thank you to Angel Fire RV Resort for being such a wonderful host!

Chad Honea

Historic Prude Ranch

Historic Prude Ranch, Fort Davis, TX -- This is a retreat and a real treat. Very quiet location up in the mountains. Peaceful. Crisp air. Super friendly ranch dogs to greet you. I came in the winter and stayed in the back RV area which is on more of a slope than the front, but is also quieter. Price is great. Utilities work fine. Wifi fast enough to stream low res. No cable but that's kind of the point. Get away from tech and do all of the wonderful activities here: Archery, rifle shooting, horseback rides, obstacle course and the list goes on. Definitely worth the visit.

Michael Miller

Buzzard Roost RV Campground

Buzzard Roost RV Campground, Del Rio, TX -- Super friendly owner. Nice beyond the call of duty. Sites are level and most have trees. Utilities are fine. Location is good. Highway noise was bearable for me. Wifi is slow and goes out occasionally, but is good enough for basic surfing but not for streaming. Cable TV only for long-term residents. Some of the permanent residents don't really keep up outer appearances and along with some overgrown weeds the place looks a bit run down. But I still had an enjoyable stay.

Michael Miller

Angels in Goliad RV Park

Angels in Goliad RV Park, Goliad, TX -- Really easy in and out for big rigs. This camp ground is set back from the road so you don't hear the road noise. The owner is super friendly and the park is very clean. We stayed here just for one night passing through and it was great. Goliad has a lot of history in it. If you have the time to spend and see the parks, the town square, and learn a little, it is a great place to do it from.

Judith Laplante

Braunig Lake RV Resort

Braunig Lake RV Resort, San Antonio, TX -- Friendly folks. Decent utilities. Sites have concrete pads and are mostly level, but not perfectly level. Sites are rather close to one another. Location is very convenient and mostly pleasant (freeway noise is not that bad). Cable is low res, but has a decent lineup. Internet is slow but usable for non-streaming. I was allowed to wash my rig on site for an extra $5. Price is reasonable. I would likely stay here again.

Michael Miller

Oasis Palms RV Park

Oasis Palms RV Park, Oasis / Thermal, CA -- We stayed two weeks January and then moved to Desert Hot Springs for a month. We want to go back to Oasis after Desert Hot Springs because there is no equal. Mike and the crew are wonderful, relaxed rules, great pool and jacuzzi and showers plus laundry. Definitely love the crowd and fire pit every afternoon.

Tom Zwart

Flag City RV Resort

Flag City RV Resort, Lodi, CA -- Flag city is friendly clean large park. Huge dog run, clean pool and jacuzzi. All paved so no mud, great laundry room as well.

Brian W

Soliel du'Coeur Park

Soliel du'Coeur Park, Bandera, TX -- You really should check out this place if you are looking for a peaceful stay at a really low price. I would describe this as a Mom and Pop establishment. No clubhouse or pool, but level sites, decent hookups, wifi that is streamable (it helps that the park is small so very few others use the same band), a lovely view of Bandera and regular visits from some deer friends. I am now kicking myself that I booked another park after my two days here. I would have gladly spent more time here.

Michael Miller

By The River RV Park & Campground

By The River RV Park & Campground, Kerrville, TX -- This RV park really allows you to feel close to nature. Birds constantly singing, turtles and other critters in the Guadalupe. Friendly folks. Decent price. Level lots. Cable TV is extremely limited to 12 channels and those are low res and also not a clear signal. Wifi clocks in at a meager 1.5 mps. Utility posts are a clutter and every other site needs to pass the utilities under the rig. Otherwise this place is very peaceful and relaxing and yet close enough to any shopping or gas or other necessities. I recommend a peaceful stay here.

Michael Miller

Hidden Valley RV Park

Hidden Valley RV Park, San Antonio / Von Ormy, TX -- Hidden Valley RV park, San Antonio Tx. This was our first time stay at Hidden Valley RV Park. Teri the Park Manager met us at the gate and welcomed us in. The RV park is easy to get to and very secluded. This place was a great place to stay and when we're in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Jim Wroblewski

Colorado Landing RV Park

Colorado Landing RV Park, La Grange, TX -- Location. Location. Location. This park is located near the Colorado river. It offers a very peaceful and quiet setting. The owners are really friendly. It's a 10-minute healthy walk to the lovely downtown area of La Grange. You can't beat the location. Basic cable is good. Wifi was clocked at 19mps (although will slow down with more users). Park is well-maintained with generous spaces, abundant trees and nice amenities. PA does not allow for premium pull-through sites, but I didn't mind a back in site. It was really nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Michael Miller

Galloping Snail RV Park

Galloping Snail RV Park, Bryan, TX -- Quiet location about 5 miles outside of town. Next to a peaceful horse pasture. Blazing fast wifi (I believe I clocked 37 mps) so I could downstream HD with hardly any interruptions. The game room is unique and top notch. The owners wife has a massage studio next door and was willing to take me in late when she heard I was in pain. Would like to see someone manning the office more and better gravel (or maybe blacktop) on the sites, but otherwise I recommend this place ... if for no other reason than the name!

Michael Miller

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park

Blaze-In-Saddle RV Park, Tucumcari, NM -- This is one of the best RV parks I have stay in this year. Route: Maine to Florida, to Maine, to Ohio, to Tucumcari to Wisconsin. The weather was so cold in Wisconsin I came,,, 1099 miles back to Blaze-N-Saddle. I doubt I leave for a long time. The owners are so wonderful and accommodating. I would suggest if you're near Tucumcari. Stop in and stay for a night or a while.
