Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- We stayed 3 nights at Southern Hills RV park in July 2017. The campground is well maintained and the facilities are very clean. The only downside was a lack of wifi. However, we are planning a return trip, longer stay and will definitely tell others about this hidden gem.

Wendy Otto

Desert Rose RV Park

Desert Rose RV Park, Fernley, NV -- We have stayed there several times and have always enjoyed our stop there. Staff is very friendly. Golf course near by. Once we had to leave after one day because of expected weather and they still honored the PA discount. Good place to stay.

Charles Bean

Sandy Springs Campground

Sandy Springs Campground, Stout, OH -- Nice campground, clean and well kept. We stayed over the 4th of July, quiet and only about 6 other campsites occupied. Watch the drop off at the entrance, a bit surprising.

River Haven Campground, Tabusintac, NB -- Great place, very clean all the time. Owner very helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Jacques Barbeau

Glen Ivy RV Park

Glen Ivy RV Park, Corona, CA -- Nice park and very clean. The sites are mainly dirt so can be messy. The trip into Los Angeles is long and large amounts of bumper to bumper traffic for miles. The park supervisor was very helpful and very nice to us. I would recommend this park if you are planning to not go into LA. That commute can be more than a person can handle.

Dawn Herrington

Aurora RV Park & Marina

Aurora RV Park & Marina , Nice, CA -- THIS IS A MUST SEE! We are on a pull-through site which accomodates our 40' motorhome and our car and tow dolly. Staff could not be nicer or more friendly. The views from the windows of our RV are of the lake and the mountains surrounding it. Restrooms clean and the campground is quiet and very clean. Special rates are given for week stays. Don't miss this outstanding park!

Downtown Riverside RV Park

Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, AR -- We stayed here from Sunday evening thru Tuesday evening (06/25/17-06/27/17). Were actually planning on just 2 overnight stays but liked our spot so much that we opted for an additional night. There was plenty of interesting sites to see as we had never been here before. We enjoyed our tour of the Clinton Presidential Library (I MISS BILL), and having dinner on 2 occasions at restaurants in the River Market area. We walked across both pedestrian bridges on more than one occasion and enjoyed the lighted bridges in the evening. Other campers at this site were pleasant travelers to be with. We had hoped to tour the USS Razorback submarine but it was closed on the days that we could have gone. All of these things were within walking distance of the Riverside RV park. Park attendant (Sheila ?) was nice and helpful. Park had additional men's and women's restrooms with showers if we wanted. We had a spot on the river side of the park. They all had good views of the river and bridges. Park was secure with passcode pedestrian gates and had 24 hr. security attendant. Never experienced an issue or threat. Park had a good area to unhook and hook up our tow vehicle. Lots of Class A RVs stayed here. We felt small with our Class C 31 ft. Coachmen. Also several pull behind RVs, all nice and big pretty ones. The RV camp was about 20 minutes away from Little Rock AFB where we made a commissary run on one day. We would stay here again. Although the Arkansas humidity was 97% while there, the breeze off of the Arkansas River kept us comfortable while sitting outside our RV watching the boats on the river that were in a fishing tournament (about 50 fishing boats). All would gather at the launch just outside the RV park and head out about 5pm, then come back in at dusk. A pretty site with their red, green, and blue marker lights on the boats. Also say several tug and barge traffic going up the river. Hook ups were good at each site, you do have to have a 30 amp to 50 amp adapter as all electrical hook ups were 50 amp. All the site pads were concrete and level and large. Plenty of room for the 31 ft. RV and our tow vehicle on the pad.

Pechanga RV Resort

Pechanga RV Resort, Temecula, CA -- I can't say enough about the quality and value of staying at Pechanga RV Resort, especially with the benefit of Passport America. This is a first class resort, and the sites are exceptional in their condition, cleanlinesss and convenience. Also, the staff is always courteous and can't do enough to help you, should you need it. Looking forward to many more stays under the benefit of Passport America at Pechanga RV Resort.

Hillcrest RV Park

Hillcrest RV Park, New Waverly, TX -- Hillcrest is an ideal place to escape from the city. It is small, very friendly, and clean. The park managers are polite, considerate, and always ready to take care of their campers. They are the best that Texas has to offer, and that is saying a lot! I am looking forward to my next chance to visit Hillcrest and especially to visit the host and friendly campers.

Larry Bogue

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- We stayed here in a motorhome in late June 2017 for four days. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We found the park to be a convenient location to the sites we wanted to visit. The park is clean and well maintained. The pull-thru sites are long and level. It looked like fresh gravel throughout the campground. Although we did not make use of them, the restrooms and laundry were clean. I can highly recommend this park.

Bill Ruester

Mountain View

Mountain View, Bowie, AZ -- Stayed here en route to our home base in SE New Mexico. It is a perfect place to pull off and sleep for the night. It is easy off and on I-10. Pick your spot, pull thru and completely hook up. $15 per night is the right price for us. Nice little store with plenty of local goodies. Pleasant store clerk. We will stop there again.

Hubert Perry

Lake Aire RV Park

Lake Aire RV Park, Hollywood / Charleston, SC -- Stayed here, in June 2017. Very nice park - if we come back this way, we will consider staying again. Very quiet, but be aware there is a train near-by. The cost was 28 dollars a night for full hook ups (30 amp).

Laguna Vista RV Park, Inc., Marshall, TX -- I recently visited this rv park because my husband has his camper there and works in texas. The owners are very nice people. The park is a nice peaceful place and has a pond shaded by beautiful oak trees. There is a nice laundry facility and has a nice shower facility. There is also an area for children to play and a nice place to walk your pets. I would definitely recommend this park as an excellent place for people to stop and stay awhile.

Holiday Trav-L-Park

Holiday Trav-L-Park, Del Rio, TX -- Stayed on 5/29 to 6/01/2017 Nice park. Many workers living in their RVs and a few travelers. Also a few fisherman who apparently come to fish in Lake Amistad. Clean laundry, pool and other amenities. Site is grass but it was the most level site so far on this journey. Great Passport America rate for two of the three days.

Richard Charron

Braunig Lake RV Resort

Braunig Lake RV Resort, San Antonio, TX -- Very professionally operated. We were met by a staff member upon our arrival, directed to the office and subsequently to our site. The sites are level, clean as is the laundry room. A few full timers residents but they seem to have their own area on the back side of the park and even this area is not trashy as is customary with full timers. I would certainly return again upon visiting San Antonio.

Richard Charron

Winnemucca RV Park

Winnemucca RV Park, Winnemucca, NV -- Nice quiet park on edge of town, gravel pull thru FHU sites, friendly helpful owners. Good for a few days while you view the sights - don't miss the Humboldt Museum!

Logan Landing RV & Cabin Resort, Alpine, AL -- Nice campground, everyone there very friendly and helpfull. Really enjoyed the 'catch and release' fishing lake. Nice lake access and swimming pool. Southern Hills RV Park & Campground

Southern Hills RV Park & Campground, Hermosa, SD -- 5/17-19/2017 Deena and I stayed 3 nights at the Southern Hills RV Park and found it very comfortable, friendly, and it was close to all the tourist attractions (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, and Custer). The new owners, Jerry and Kathy, were hard at work making improvements to their newly acquired park and getting it ready for the busy season. They are such a delightful couple. We would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it to friends and strangers alike. Larry and Deena

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park, Carthage, MO -- I just have to add to my previous remarks. We checked out the laundry/shower building and were totally amazed at the nice facility, cleanliness to the extreme. The laundry are new machines and the prices were quite reasonable. This is probably the best, cleanest, shower/laundry anyone will find in a campground or a 5 star hotel.

Jake Meyer

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park, Carthage, MO -- Mi Casa is a nice small out of the way quiet park. Owners are extremely friendly and are doing a wonderful job of making this into a "must go to" park. We are in about the only site that has standing water (Carthage has had up wards of 10" rain) so a bit of water is understandable. After all, is this not camping? We have a 50 amp pull through and were the last to get here just after noon and the last site. We highly recommend this as a must stay park.

Jake Meyer

Currahee RV Park

Currahee RV Park , Toccoa, GA -- Wish we could have stayed longer here. Great area. Would love to be here during fall colors. Campground is great. Grounds are well kept. Bath house a little far to walk in your jammies. TV reception is spotty, wi-fi is good. Our particular spot didn't have a 30A plug so good thing we had an adapter. Not all spots have sewer. Plenty of room to maneuver your rig. Payment is on the honor system! We would definitely visit here again.

Wayne Oosterhoff

Getaway Lodge Campground

Getaway Lodge Campground, Bradford, TN -- This is a secluded park with 2 side by side back in sites just a few miles off 45E. The road in is a bit rough but worth it. The setting is on 40 acres with a pond and very unique bath house. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Over the air channels were better than expected. We would return for a longer stay.

Debbie Bean

Susquehanna Trail Campground

Susquehanna Trail Campground, Oneonta, NY -- Easy access off highway 88. Nice campground and great new owners. They are working on the campground as well. Very quiet and peaceful. If we come this way again we would definitely stop. Close to the Baseball hall of fame in Cooperstown, NY. The Cooperstown little league park is a few miles away.

Laura Coombs

Sky Ute Casino Resort

Sky Ute Casino Resort, Ignacio, CO -- The best. Walk to the Southern Ute cultural museum, bowling alley, miniature golf (not tacky - natural stone and landscaping), restaurants, inside lazy river swimming pool, showers, laundry all immaculately CLEAN, beautiful architecture. Highly recommend.

David Eldridge

Laguna Vista RV Park, Inc.

Laguna Vista RV Park, Inc., Marshall, TX -- Campground is a bit difficult to find. It is just off US 59 but use GPS or keep a lookout for the turn. Quiet even though close to the highway. Well worth the stop. Sights are a bit unlevel but the owner was having a contractor in to try to get the sites leveled. Very nice owner who lives next to the property. The sites are all gravel with full hookups. Still a nice place to stop and he said he really likes Passport America people! We recommend this park.

Jake Meyer

Colorado Landing RV Park

Colorado Landing RV Park, La Grange, TX -- Second time here and they can not have treated us any nicer. We were located closer to the office and had very good wifi. The sites are all well spaced and level. The campground is very well maintained and has very wide streets so it makes for easy backing for back ins. Highly recommend this campground. ***** 5 Stars

Little River RV Park & Campground

Galloping Snail RV Park

Galloping Snail RV Park, Bryan, TX -- Wow!! What a nice, quiet RV park to stay in. Very well laid out and lots of pull through sites. Located close to Texas A&M or between Houston and Waco if you need a nice stop. They have reliable high-speed internet. They have 3 nights for Passport and the only time it is not available is on Aggie football weekends. You can actually pay for your annual Passport fee just by staying here one time!!! Highly Recommend this Park.

Dennis Miller

Laura Coombs

Pine Lake RV Park

Pine Lake RV Park, Panama City / Fountain, FL -- We came across this park while adventuring about without a destination, and couldn't be happier. Super clean, friendly and quiet. No complaints here. An overnight stay is turning into multiple days, and there is no reason to be in a hurry to leave. Clean and updated showers, all facilities work and ARE CLEAN! This what we expect out of every RV park. Just beautiful here! Stayed in a park down in Mexico Beach before coming here, and they rented out our spot WHILE WE WERE IN IT! That was a blessing in disguise, because we were forced to head here, and this park is SO much better! We love it here, and would recommend it without ANY hesitation.

Dave Draper

Friendly RV Park

Friendly RV Park, Weed, CA -- Wonderful place to stay. My wife and I stayed twice in March 2017. Love the nice people. And they have a dog park.

Christopher Hickok

Manatee RV Park

Manatee RV Park , Ruskin, FL -- Stayed here 3 weeks in our 42' Coach. Staff is very friendly, they helped guide me into the site, it is a bit tight but got it done. Enjoyed the stay here, quiet, over 50 park with lots of activities, although we didn't attend any. Grass lots, could use a new picnic table, but overall, it was a quiet, relaxing stay. We will be back for sure....the Office Manager Kellie-Anne is awesome.

Jeff Beursken

Historic Prude Ranch

Historic Prude Ranch, Fort Davis, TX -- We stayed there for 2 nights, with a 32' RV. Very quiet and convenient location. Close to the McDonald Observatory and Fort Davis. Saw deer grazing in the field and 2 foxes come out at dusk. Also, star gazing couldn't have been better. Facilities are dated and we didn't use them. Good for a quick stay. Good price.

Nancy Lang

Bass Haven Campground

Bass Haven Campground, Defuniak Springs, FL -- I have been a passport America member for 4 years. I have camped in many places and this is a 5 star campground. The people are nice, and I stay there 30 days from 02/03/17 to 03/03/17. Camp had all I needed for my 34 foot Class-A. and the price was right. And the town was near by and not to crowded.

Norman Garrison

The Hitchin Post Corral and Campground

The Hitchin Post Corral and Campground, Cottondale, FL -- We are headed to Texas and decided to use our PA membership and I went on the trip planner. We were looking for some place to stay for the night as we went down I 10. This, so far, has been the best little campground we have ever stopped at. The owners were out to meet us before we could even get out of our truck. It is nice and easy to get into and the spots are laid out nicely. We only needed a stop off for the night so we aren't getting to experience the bunnies or nice nature around here but we plan on making this a place to stop when we are back in the area and not on a work trip. Great people and great layout.
